Slider stops, not stars.
Five-stop sliders with named anchors. Faster than radio buttons; richer than NPS. A1AA contrast at every step.
HXIQ converts ambient feedback from real moments — surveys, slider stops, voice, sentiment — into structured signal your operators can act on. The loop never stops.
Six surfaces, one loop. Each card is a real product surface — not a marketing illustration.
Five-stop sliders with named anchors. Faster than radio buttons; richer than NPS. A1AA contrast at every step.
Logic written in plain English, executed with deterministic guards. Reviewers see every path.
if sentiment < 0 and tag contains "room" → ask "What would have made it right?" → route ops.frontdesk → flag recovery.window = 24h
Optional voice answers, transcribed on-device, scored alongside structured fields.
Cadence learned from response timing, not blasted by cron.
Not a wall of charts. A short list of the things you'd ask if you had time. With a confidence indicator on every claim.
Branded PDF dashboards. Per-project palette. Every chart sourced. Every claim cited.
Embedded slider stops, voice, and free text capture the moment without interrupting it.
On-device transcription, sentiment, and intent fuse with structured fields into a single signal.
Confidence-scored narratives route to the right operator with a recovery window attached.
Operators close the loop with one click. The action becomes the next prompt.
Same engine. Different ground truth. Each industry comes with a curated question library and routing logic that already knows what "good" looks like.
Post-stay, post-meal, post-event — captured in the moment, routed to the front desk before the lobby empties.
Patient experience without HIPAA headaches. PHI-aware redaction at ingest. Confidence indicators on every clinical narrative.
Per-store dashboards. Per-region trends. The till receipt becomes a permission slip to ask one thing that mattered today.
Pulse without the survey fatigue. Sentiment trends without surveillance theatre. Built for HR teams who actually read the comments.
HXIQ doesn't summarise. It synthesises — fuses transcribed voice, slider deltas, and free text into a single confidence-scored narrative your operators can act on without reading the whole report.
Native connectors for the tools operators actually open. Webhook + Postgres mirror for everything else.
"It's the first feedback tool we've used where the team actually opens the dashboard on Monday. The narrative tells you what changed, not just that something did."
"We were drowning in CSAT exports. HXIQ surfaced three recurring frictions in our triage flow we'd missed for two years — with cited responses next to every claim."
"The slider stops felt small. They're not. Response rate is 3× our SMS form, and the per-store dashboards mean store managers actually have something to do with the data."
We treat respondent answers as the most important sentence in the room. The product is restrained because the data isn't. The cyan glow is energy, not theatre. The infinity flow is real — every action your operator takes is the next prompt's context.
Because it does. PHI-aware, residency-aware, audit-aware. Not a security page bolted on after a procurement question.
Charge once for the project. Invite the entire team. The signal scales — the bill doesn't.
One project. One operator team. One question that's been bothering you.
For operators with regulatory weight. Custom residency, BAA, dedicated capacity, no per-seat tax.
All tiers include WCAG 2.1 AA, SOC 2 Type II reports, and the right to leave with your data in standard formats. No vendor lock-in clauses.
NPS gives you a number. CSAT gives you a five-point scale. HXIQ gives you a sourced, confidence-scored narrative your operator can act on without reading the report. The slider stops are richer than NPS, the AI fusion is closer to a research-quality summary, and the dashboard answers operator questions instead of presenting charts.
Pilots go live in 24 hours from sign-up. Enterprise deployments with SSO, custom residency, and BAA paperwork take 5–10 business days. We don't run quote-to-cash; we run quote-to-first-narrative.
EU pilots default to eu-west-1 (Dublin). US pilots default to us-east-1 (Virginia). Asia-Pacific to ap-southeast-2 (Sydney). Region-pinning is per-project, configurable on day one, and never changes mid-flight.
Yes — and per the brand guidelines, that's the canonical mode. Respondents see the project's brand, not HXIQ's. Custom domain, palette, logo, and tone of voice. The "powered by HXIQ" footer is opt-in.
Production: English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Japanese. Beta: Italian, Dutch, Arabic, Korean. Voice transcription happens on-device when possible; otherwise in your selected region. We never round-trip respondent voice through a US model for an EU project.
Every claim in the synthesised narrative carries a paragraph-level confidence score from 0.00 to 1.00. Below 0.70 the dashboard surfaces it as "low confidence — review source quotes". Above 0.90 it's marked "well sourced". Hover any claim to see the underlying responses cited.
Median pilot rate sits between 38% and 64% depending on channel. Slider-first surveys roughly 3× SMS forms; 1.6× standard email pulses. The slider stops are doing a lot of the work — they look small, but the friction-to-answer ratio is what moves the number.
Pilot is free for 30 days, capped at 1,000 responses on a single project. Once you outgrow that, you move to Enterprise — pricing is shaped to your project count, response volume, residency, and regulatory needs. Per-project, not per-seat — invite your whole team without a billing event.
Pilot programmes open for hospitality, healthcare, and retail. SOC 2 Type II by Q3.
No demo deck. We send back a working sandbox in 24h. Got it. We'll be in touch within a working day. Something went wrong. Email us directly instead.
